Busy times

Life has been pretty hectic for our family lately, from selling our house up in Oregon to finding a home to buy here in California and all the craziness in between. I *finally* got a few pics of my pregnant belly (better late than never!), thanks to my little photog Mackenzie. We have 11 weeks to go until we expect to meet our newest addition, and we're all very excited to see him! Giselle loves to talk to her baby brother via my belly button..."Hellooooo, can you hear me in there?!" And Mackenzie has already proclaimed that she's going to help feed, hold, and change baby bro. I'm sure she'll be a great helper, as she already does a lot to help out with Giselle. Mackenzie is reading more and more every day, and she absolutely loooooves doing math, including addition, subtraction, and some multiplication. She really thrives on learning new things, and I think it's going to be so much fun to homeschool her this upcoming fall. I'm a little nervous about the prospect of having a new baby, a very active 3-year-old, and the responsibilities that come with homeschooling, but if some people can manage to pull it off with 19 kids, I think I can handle three. :) Let's hope!!
